HOW TO BOOK K9 FIELDS

HOW TO BOOK AND USE K9 FIELDS

By booking a time slot you automatically become a member of Corners K9 Fields.  You will have sole use of the field for the period you have booked.

Follow the simple steps on the booking form to book your time.

  • Start by selecting the field you would like to book, how many dogs you would like to bring and for how long – half an hour or an hour

  • Choose the day and time you would like to visit. You can then click ‘finish’ or if you want to book further slots click ‘book more’ or to book the same time every week click ‘re-curring’

  • Your chosen appointments will then be clearly displayed with the option to delete any, before proceeding with payment.

  • You will then need to complete a very short questionnaire giving some details about yourself (this is purely for our own records and will not be passed onto any third parties)**It is important you provide the correct details here as you will receive the gate lock number within 2 hours of your booking via text AND email** You can opt out of receiving text messages by replying STOP

  • Once completed click on ‘pay now’ to the left hand side, you will then be directed to the secure payment platform ‘Stripe’ Here you will be required to enter your card details.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. Here you will have the option to change the appointment up to 12 hours prior to it – just click on the orange box at the bottom of the confirmation email.

  • Within 2 hours you of your appointment you will receive a reminder email and text with your padlock combination code to access the field.

When you arrive at the field, you have the option of driving into your booked field or park just outside. Open the lock using the code in your confirmation email/text and remember to close the gate for the duration of your time slot.

Please pick up all your dog poo, you must remember to bring your own poo bags.  There is a bin provided for their disposal.  Please ensure you leave the field promptly so the next member can have access.  Your timeslot does include getting your dog(s) back into your vehicle/away from the field to prevent interference with the next user.  When leaving, please lock the gate.

If you are aware of any misuse of the field or rules please email us at cornersk9fields@gmail.com so we can investigate further.

SAVING THE WEBSITE ON YOUR SMART PHONE AS AN APP please follow these instructions:

Android

Launch Chrome for Android and open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen. This is the booking page link ......

Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

The icon will appear on your home screen like any other app shortcut or widget, so you can drag it around and put it wherever you like. Chrome for Android loads the website as a “web app” when you tap the icon, so it will get its own entry in the app switcher and won’t have any browser interface getting in the way.

Other popular Android browsers also offer this feature. For example, Firefox for Android can do this if you tap the menu button, tap the Page option, and tap Add to Home Screen.

Iphone/Ipad/Ipod

Launch the Safari browser on Apple’s iOS and navigate to the website or web page you want to add to your home screen.  This is the link to the booking page .....

Tap the Share button on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. It’s on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad, and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone or iPod Touch. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.

You’ll be prompted to name the shortcut before tapping the Add button. The shortcut can be dragged around and placed anywhere, including in app folders — just like a normal app icon. (To create app folders on iOS, touch-and-drag an app’s icon onto another app’s icon and hold it there for a moment.) When you tap the icon, it will load the website in a normal tab inside the Safari browser app.
