Terms and Conditions

 

The field needs to be safe but fun so by booking Corners K9 field you (the client) are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

Liability
No responsibility will be taken by the management for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
All vehicles parked adjacent to the field are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by the owners of Corners k9 field.

Bookings
Bookings are made online through the website or facebook
Booking are non transferable. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email. The email will contain the date and time of your booking. If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your ‘junk’ inbox before calling. If you do not receive an email confirmation the field is NOT booked.
Bookings can be amended up to 12 hours prior to your booked slot.
The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions of Corners k9 field.

Payments
All payments must be made online through the secure payment platform stripe - just enter your card details when requested during the booking process.

Cancellation policy
No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field.
No refunds are given for no show to session booking.
We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.

Health and welfare
It is recommended all dogs using the field must be fully updated with their vaccinations and worming. There is only a low risk or ticks and grass seeds as the field was recently re-seeded and the grass will be cut on a regular basis.
If your dog is showing signs of ill health, please reschedule your appointment when they are well.
Please provide your own drinking water for the dogs.

XL Bully type
The dog is registered with the index of exempt dog (IED) & you have a copy of the life certificate and in possession of a public liability insurance certificate. No other dog can join your booking either from within your household or any other household. The dog is neutered in line with government rules. The dog is microchipped. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until you have entered the field and the gate is shut and when leaving the field.

Entering/leaving the Field
It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles within the time slot.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s)/escape artists!
It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is secured shut whilst they are in the field.
When not in the secure area dogs MUST always be kept on a lead.
Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in the vehicle.

Code of Ethics
No sub letting of the field is allowed. Anyone hiring it on a professional basis can do so with the managements permission (tel: 07508 114240).
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.
Corners k9 fields are not affiliated with neighbouring farms. Please do not enter their land and keep noise down to respectable levels.

Maintenance
The client to provide their own biodegradable poo bags and remove all dog poop after their dog(s) and then either taken home or placed in the poo bin.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to other users and their dogs. Please take this home with you. There is a sand bucket for safe disposal of cigarette ends.
We inspect the field and fencing daily but please notify us if you have any concerns. Email: cornersk9fields@gmail.com.

Children
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times. The enrichment areas are designed for canine use only and if children are allowed to climb then they do so at their own risk.


Data
Management will only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. This information is not used for any other purposes or shared to other parties.
Photographs, please contact K9 fields if you would not like any photos of your dogs to be used in social media or advertising purposes. If we have not heard from you we will take it that consent has been given.

Disclaimer
The management does not accept liability for any accident, injury, misadventure or damage to person, animal or property, however so incurred. The Owner/Supervisor of the dog(s) use Corners k9 field at their own risk.
Corners k9 fields reserve the right to any of these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made shall be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
